  Love this location. Has been my go to since the mid 90s. Usually very helpful customer service, and warm environment. Location includes a Starbucks, but not very much seating elsewhere in the bookstore. Would be nice to have a little nook to sit and read a few pages before investing big bucks on physical copies of literature. Really great section for kids, in terms of layout, design and eye appeal. I hope readers alike will help keep bookstores alive!

  Love going to this place. My kids always enjoy playing in kids section and they have decent selection of toys.

  Great store, i love this location particularly, always busy with someone playing the piano in the background. They have always new books and cools stuff for the office, home and some awesome clothing items! my favorite spot is the Starbucks corner where i study most of the time

  Best store ever. Just perfect. Cozy and beautiful. There are so many books! They're everywhere! The staff are always very kind and somehow know where all the books are. I love going here.

  The atmosphere here is amazing! Anytime I want a break from the craziness of the Eaton Centre, I'll simply go to chapters. Such a wide variety of books and places to sit down. The staff are always friendly and welcoming as well :)
