  This Indigo has everything you need from stationary to books. Most of the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. A large selection of titles and authors are available. Its nice to still have a book shop in Milton.

  A great store. I love shopping there. I'm always excited about going there to get a book that I am interested in, and the staff is very helpful and enthusiastic. It is always a great experience when ever I shop there. Thanks folks.

  Great place to be at if you love books. Very neat and clean place. Staff is alright, I don't find them very friendly or helpful. From time to time I have seen great discounts on their merchandise but books I find pretty expensive. I was looking for Project Management book, which was about $130 here but found it for around $80 on Amazon with free shipping haha.

  Sometimes it's nice to go to a place that still has physical books to touch and feel. Indigo has a lot of variety for a brick-and-mortar location and their kids area is fun.

  Not all indigo are alike. We are plum members and love the selection of books at indigo. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way that not all indigo are alike. My daughter received two books for her birthday, with gift receipts and she wanted to exchange them for some other books on her list. On the way to indigo she got some slush on one of the books. The manager refused to take the book back. I called indigo in Erin mills and they welcomed us to exchange for her favourite read immediately without any hesitation. Indigo Erin mills is now my only destination for books or gifts.
