  Chicken beriyani is my favourite there, if you are working around this area, it is great option for quick and tasty lunch in a nice restaurant

  We were looking for an Indian restaurant within walking distance of our hotel and chose this one. The atmosphere was very pleasant - tasteful lighting and decor. The staff gave quick, attentive service and the food was delicious! We had the pleasure of visiting with the restaurant's owner who took time to share a bit of the history of the place and his family. We really enjoyed eating here!

  I had a week long trip in Vancouver trying some of most "poplular" food places daily. Then luckily on the last day we decided to just walk and find a random place to eat. We found India gate. The food was great and service was amazing as well. I can honestly say the food here was better than the so called "highest rated most popular" restaurants. The best food I've had in Vancouver.

  The food was good and so were the prices. The only thing that I was surprised was to see a gratuity already included to our cheque. It was just my mom and I and we always tip but I didn't expect for it to be already included. Other than that, great service, location and decent Indian food in the heart of Vancouver!
