  I bought 3 cars from Import Auto Leasing and 2 from Volvo. One car I wasn't interested in buying after the lease end and Accountant harassed me and reported it to credit agency as a bad debt. They do not care about loyalty or repeat customers at all. Avoid them !!

  I have been in here twice looking for a used car - one time I would have bought but was too slow pulling the trigger and missed out, the second time I couldn't get out of another commitment and buy a car I liked here. They were quite understanding on this and returned my deposit without hassle. I found their prices to be fair and I thought I was treated with respect. Yes this a car deal and they wanted me to pay more and I wanted to pay less and all that, but that is the name of the game I suppose. If you are looking for a used car you should try here. I found it to be a better experience than dealing with big name corporate dealerships.

  I had a deal fall through due to the used sales manager also. Don't hurt his feelings or you'll end up wasting time. You'll never find a used car salesman with a weaker constitution.

  I had been interested in purchasing a 2009 Infiniti FX50 from Import Auto Leasing and had come to an agreement with a salesperson and the Used Car Manager Zach Watson. OF course once the vehicle went for safety and it came back with a higher bill than expected the used car manager Zach Watson decided he wanted more than we had agreed upon. I pointed out that the vehicle was misrepresented online, an OMVIC offence, which seemed to rub Zach the wrong way. He then wouldn't sell me the vehicle even when I offered him the FULL ASKING PRICE. It was a cash deal and he turned it down...another OMVIC offence. Do not plan on buying a vehicle from Import Auto Leasing (which is also Land Rover and Jaguar) unless you plan on wasting time dealing with the sales team.
