  No loyalty to customers who park on a daily basis. One incident where my phone was dead, their machines didn't spit out the receipt after I was done paying for parking so I hoped for the best. Ended up getting a ticket, and I called to explain the circumstance and they were nothing but unhelpful. Not the first time, I park at school 5 days a week everyday since September - which they get lots of $$ from but they can't fix their own problem of the machine not working. All they said was "no proof" to a loyal customer? Thanks I will never be parking in Impark ever again and encourage anyone who's reading this not to. Lots of trouble at the 2nd Ave and 24th Street meters in impark not working, when you call to let them know, the lady on the other end gives you nothing but ATTITUDE that you must be lying. Poor customer service. Never again. Lost my business. Avoid impark.
