  I guess I would be in a special minority if I liked playing for parking, how ever parking does have to be policed. The doubting of the cost off a one hour park period, is dubious, especially when most parking places are empty again in time for another car before the hour is up? Until a batter plan comes up!!!

  A few months ago I got a parking ticket. I didn't see a parking meter near and I was parked outside of the parkade. No signs up saying it was paid parking outside of the parkade.

  Ticket machine took my money and person tasked to maintain it said it can't do that. In effect calling me a liar.
