::It's really ok. Fresh food was fresh. Not the biggest selection ever...clean ish but not great.

::Not the best iga, maybe one of the worst keep in business because of convenience and being walking distance in the Pointe

::Small but good. Not a large amount if products. You can buy online and they will deliver. Much better than IGA in St. Henri.

::I shop every week at this IGA and despite the issues that other reviewers note with the freshness/availability of basic items (which I agree with), I do like it here. There is a nice dry goods selection in the organic section, and the staff work very hard to restock quickly. But the delivery service, for which there is a charge, is unreliable. I have waited 2, 3, even 4 hours for a small delivery. During the 4-hour wait, I called twice to find out what was happening and I was told that the driver was 'stuck in traffic'. For 4 hours? If you are expecting guests for dinner, I would advise shopping elsewhere. Unfortunate for people like me who don't have a car as this is the only big grocery store in Pointe-St-Charles.

::Pros: Convenient, free home delivery, post office, staff are friendly & courteous, home pastries, bread and bagels, staff will often pack your bags, paper bags available and parking. Cons: Seems more expensive than other IGA's, not many specials (mostly: You Must Buy 2 or more), Pork tenderloin is too expensive. Note to IGA: Post office employees should get a salary raise or get a bonus for everything they do and for their excellent service. If they get paid as much as cashiers, they definitely deserve more.
