  I bought a used car! Very bad customer service experience! I picked up the car a full 5 days after the expected dilivery date which cost me a lot as I had to rely on a rental! The excuse was they were trying to do all the inspections and get everything repaired; Less than a week after picking up the car, I noticed the hand break doesnt work, the front bumper that had been accidented b4 was only being held together by clue & now falling apart, there are indications from the back that the car had been hit in the back b4(which they never advised me about), I got an email a couple of weeks later from the same hyundai advisng me the car needs to be oiled as it has not been oiled for a long time. etc etc. All calls to the sales agent never went through and all my voicemails to call back was never returned! When i finally got a call back, it was to advise me that the handbreak is not part of the repairs or the checks they do & there is nothing they could do. I trusted these guys & i got served really bad! Now in addition to my monthly payments, i have to make repairs and replace parts i never budgetted for. I feel sooo dubed! I thought i could trust a hyundai certified dealer like this! NOW I KNOW I WAS VERY WRONG.

  Une Visite ce matin avec un vendeur Mr Elie Tabback 10/ 10. services coutoisies impeccables bravo!!! 3 tests routiers services exemplaires. Hyundai sur Saint Jacques ouest sa vaut le détour. Bravo !!! a toutes vôtre équipe.

  We had the best experience with Yousef at hyundai Gabriel! He is professional, attentive to the clients needs and extremely trust worthy. He delivered exactly what he promised and we couldn't be happier! If you are in the market for a car we would highly recommend Hyundai Gabriel but more specifically Yousef!

  service o, they do not respect their customer, i have been waiting to buy a car for 12 days, and finally the person who was to sign with me, the payment method, who I was waiting for him for more than 1 hour, decided to ignore me, and told me to wait......, the salesman who we saw from the beginning is a great person super, I have no words for him, I do give him a 10AAA, out of 10.
