  Horrendous customer service. You can't charge when you charge and have horrible customer service and not expect to go the way of Sears and Zellers.

  Gross, depressing store. Cheaply made fast fashion. Staff are creepy and the place has all around evil vibe. Keep your dignity and try buying local Canadian made stuff, there's lots of boutiques in Hintonburg. It's worth the $$!!

  I received excellent, professional customer service from Samra in the show Department. She dealt with a crowd very effectively and with a smile on her face and was extremely helpful in bringing shoes to me she thought I would like. She also versed me in the sales. A very good salesperson because I bought 5 pairs!

  Huge store with tonnes of deals to be had so we spent way more than. We planned to. Service was excellent in the men's shoes Dept except they forgot to remove security tags. Easy mistake and customer service got them off so we could leave comfortably.
