  Terrible, inferior service at the Clinique counter the other night. After spending $100 the sales clerk was completely disinterested in talking about another product I was debating buying. She didn’t have one, single, sample of ANYTHING to give me. Really Clinique? Not even one? She kept trying to direct me to a purchase with purchase that was $49 for several sample sizes of things that was an ‘incredible value’......for things they give away in A bonus, or a PREVIOUSLY free sample!!!

  Love the store. Just dislike the lack of service you get here and the lack of customer service skills. Not a friendly staff

  Terrible Customer Service. I called this location to have an item put on hold for me to pickup the next day. I was extremely clear about the item that I want. When I arrived to pick it up, they had put the wrong item on hold and no longer had the item that I wanted. The staff member didnt seem to care at all that I drove out of my way to that specific location because they were the only one that had my item in stock. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

  Very disappointed with my experience here. I purchased a pair of Calvin Klein dress pants here and they totally fell apart after only 3 wears. I hadn't washed them or anything. Just gently worn. When I took them back to the store, the manager Ben, agreed that the material was defective and agreed that they are still selling that same style, but refused to give me a refund/exchange/store credit. Who keeps a receipt after wearing an item? I didn't expect the pants to fall apart. They have lost me as a customer. Horrible customer service!
