::Went to the Clinique counter there. I have never seen a more clueless staff member! I knew the products better than she did and she even had the hall to look at me like I was crazy. When the customer knows the brand better than the employees, time to invest in training. That was genuinely embarrassing.

::Bad experience. My girlfriend and I ordered a bed frame and we called ahead for the staff to have it ready for when we arrived. When we arrived, the bed frame was not ready and in fact had to be tracked down. There was no one to help us carry it to our car. The fourth floor, as some other reviewers have pointed out, was deserted and very dated. The staff were friendly enough but they were kind of clueless. We asked if they could match the price of a set of plates we found online, that was significantly cheaper. The manager did not even care to speak to my girlfriend and outwardly refused. So they missed out on a sale that they had to mark down anyway because the box was damaged. Very 1980's style customer service and accommodation, it was all quite unbelievable.

::Friendly, helpful Staff. Easy access for mobility impaired via elevator on Bloor or ramp off Yonge Street. Made in Canada products readily available. Always clean with fairly wide isles for the age of the structure. Best of all they have a good selection of non elastic socks. I've always been a fan of these. Unless you like bring bald legged :)

::This location has a decent selection of men's wear. Maybe not as big as the one at the Eaton Centre, but still pretty good. I've always had good service here.

::What a huge contrast to their Queen St. location this one is and not in a good way at all. I ordered something off their website that I had to pick up so I went to this store where I was directed to go up to the fourth floor where I struggled to find anyone that actually worked there, it was completely deserted. I had to go down to the third floor to find someone to ask them where I could pick the item up, they told me they didn’t work in that dept. and didn’t know. Eventually I found someone that was able to find someone else and by that time I just wanted to get out of there. Its such an incredibly dated store, it feels like you’re walking into the 80’s with all the gold accents and beige interior colours. The floors are cracked and everything had a layer of dust on it. Quite frankly I don’t understand how this location stays in business because I think I saw maybe 10 people the entire half hour that I was there. I wouldn’t be surprised if they close this location now that the one at queen has the Sak’s in it.
