  The downtown Bay is one of the nicest stores of its kind. Has everything you would expect. Always clean and bright in store.

  After walking around the second floor, I asked where slippers are, and the staff told me if they are not here, then it’s either first or third floor. Let’s just say the staff could have been a bit more useful.... also, the 60% off signs everywhere is too distracting. All the shoes are still overpriced after the supposed big discounts. Gimmicks like that are just annoying.

  The 'Bay' has improved immensely in the past few years. They still have a little way to go yet but it's a great department store. Something is always on sale here.

  Great staff, great stock and great location. I love going here as it's more quiet than the other Bays and staff has more time to spend with you. The men's department is EXTREMELY well stocked and very knowledgeable here. Great turn around time for alterations. Great fragrance department.

  The best Bay out of any in Calgary. Before I lived in the City, I actually came to Calgary and did all of my Xmas shopping in this one location (years ago). It has everything and remains outstanding except for one thing. If you go online these days, some items are only available online, and not at the store. That is okey but when you live close, its a bit of a letdown if its an item you want to pick up now. Love the heritage and the atmosphere. It is an essential piece of the downtown experience.
