  Had to ask what the fee was FIVE times before getting a straight answer. I argued with the guy after he tried to upsell me so I went somewhere else.

  I called and was to be here at 6:30 and I was ..... the guy told me it would be a half hour not a problem I said ....... It's now almost 7:30 and I'm the guy who gets up at 4:30 for work who is about to loose my shot all over the place
