  I deal with Kim for my Canadian taxes and have never been disappointed. She gives me good advice and always makes sure I have the right copies to help me with my US taxes. I always get money back based on her recommendations to prepare for the year after. I recommend Kim any time!

  After waiting over an hour for my appointment, the officers were confused as to how to do my taxes or even access my information and were screaming my information across the office to coworkers in order to figure it out. I decided to leave without getting my taxes done because of the unprofessional service and the frustration. This was the first negative experience I've had with H&R block.

  Kim is very helpful, she is a dedicated worker and does anything she can to help accomplish your request. I recommend her for anyone!

  I was there to fill up my tax return forms. Although I had got an appointment and arrived there 5 minutes before my appointment, I waited for one hour to get a chance to speak with an officer. In the office, only one officer was working during the whole time I was there. No one even apologized from me! I am also not satisfied with their service. I did not fill my taxes for two consecutive years, 2013 and 2014. Based on their consultation, I only did my 2014 tax with them and decided to do 2013 tax later. This leaded my to several troubles when I did my 2013 taxes. I was hoping that they informed me about those troubles at the first place. They have a very expensive and poor service. I am really disappointed with their service.
