  Pet fee is excessive $40 They accused my dog of peeing in the room and poop in the elevator and charged my credit card another $50. So in total $97.60 after tax fee for just staying for one night. I was pissed because my puppy was always with me and it’s definitely not him who pooped in the elevator, pee in the room was a possibility since he is only 3 months old. I thought the $40 pet fee is the cleaning pet fee, but then they charged another $50 on top of it. I called and complained asking the manager to call me back. Nobody called. Will not return

  Very quiet and nice room.. only the refregirator. Doesnt seem to be operating

  The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the rooms are nice and decent. They only have outdoor pool which is of no use in winter. Also not enough sockets in the room and No exhaust in the bathroom. Everything else is positive and comfortable.

  Well situated hotel in the heart of Trois Riviere. Decor is dated and bathrooms could use an upgrade, but the place is clean and beds comfy. Staff pleasant and underground parking is a great option during winter. Pro tip -You might want to take the stairs, the elevators take forever!

  Room is nice and spacious, washroom is small. Views from the window aren't amazing. TV has plenty of channels, mostly in French. No fridge in room. There's a Keurig, iron, ironing board and hairdryer in the room. Parking is in the basement, accessible via a one-way street outside.
