::Hotel is nice and modern. Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which was great. The pillows were uncomfortable on the bed and towels in the bathroom were quite small. Room was very spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful with parking directions.

::The night I passed in this hotel was very cold (- 25 C) and the room had a old air conditio ing equipment blowing cold air all night, combined with the electric heater produced very dry air in the room. As a result i didn't sleep well. The hotel didn't specify that the parking was outside the building and next day i have difficulties to start my car due to cold weather

::Comfortable and quiet The rooms are okay. The WiFi is terrible, only occasionally holding a connection, all the while being slow. Amenities are quite good at the price however. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. *Note: It's nice that someone always replies to the reviews here.

::I travel for business and have stayed in hotels all over the world. Never in my career have I come to an unlocked open room door, until last week. I came to my room at 11pm to find my door cracked open with many lights on. Nothing was stolen (I had not left any valuables in the room). Nonetheless, I found this careless and complained to the clerk the next morning. She told me she would advise the hotel manager. At that point, I was expecting some kind of an acknowledgement from the manager with an explanation about how they would ensure this would never happen again. But I didn't get any. No explanation or excuse. I reminded the same clerk the next day when checking out and she simply told me that the manager was aware about it. If I can't trust a hotel where I stay to take good care of the belongings I leave in their custody, I will stay somewhere else next time. Too bad, because they have a very nice restaurant and patio. But there are a lot of other options in Quebec City... And I'm supposed to come back to the city regularly in the future.
