  Poor customer service, room was leaking water in the walls hard to sleep... Because there was no another room available I had to accept since they are not giving my money back plus they changed me more since I was a "walking customer" the explanation at the price fluctuate as the owner decide to change it as he want. No regulations to be followed. I would never recomered this place.

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. VERY DIRTY AND LOUD ALL NIGHT. WE LEFT AT 1:30 AM AND DROVE 4 HOURS BACK HOME AFTER A LONG NIGHT AT A HABS GAME. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FO BACK. NOT WORTH THE 1 STAR I HAD TO GIVE.

  Very clean and Pretty good rooms...public parking in front of the hotel unless u find an empty free parking next to it!... breakfast at 8am...heating a little bit high... Goof at general

  The rooms are clean, but cold air leaked inside one of them. The room service didn't replace towels. Washrooms clean and equipped. Reception prompt and helpful, quick check-in. close enough to the metro station (two blocks). Views are nice, but gets a little shady at night. Breakfast is good, muffins and croissants not the best but really good. Overall, a good experience.
