  Prices are high but there is always deals happening in the store. It's a great place to get your fandom on.

  New policy shows that hot topic does not care about custumers. I called to ask if a pop came in , and I was told they no longer able to do inquiry on pop, so I had to waste time and money to get there to be told the pop was not there. I am a loyal custumer and I will no longer be buying anything from hottopic again.

  I've been to this location approx 3-4 times now, and I have never left disappointed.. I usually go when I need to re-load my presto pass. The last time I was there, 1 of the sales associates (name unknown) gave me a high 5. :)

  I went into the Rideau location just to look around and Jenna was amazing! I don't know if she is a manager but she is an excellent sales associate.
