::I was blown away today when I returned a large crystal wine bucket to the store. I had accidentally hit the edge of the bucket with a wine bottle on Friday at a dinner party and cracked it. I was hoping for sympathy but was greeted with genuine caring-an attitude you seldom see in today's retail. The owner graciously gave me a new ice bucket from stock. Dealing here in the future is a certainty.
