  I bought a nice piece of furniture from the store and the staff were fantastic to deal with but when there's a problem with the product, there is no customer service. I brought the furniture home. I looked it over to see there was damage to the back leg. Looks like the leg was repaired by someone that didn't know what they were doing. I called the store to tell them, I would be willing to pay for a furniture repair if they would reimburse me. They said no - so I asked them to send someone from there store to come fix the leg, they also said no. I was told I can return it to get my money back, as I told them twice I want to keep the furniture and just want it repaired. The moral of the story is, I the customer was going to work with them to correct the problem and they were not interested in helping. This again is where some stores in town lack customer service , that make people buy online from out of town stores. Paul
