  Ive been working for wilco for 4 years and have been buying from this place forever now, i went there on april 4th at 5:45pm to buy MANY materials. When i bought them i went out into the yard but there was no one there! so i go back and let the lady know, and she tells me someone will be there. Again i go back there just to wait longer. (I called multiple times also) and this guy comes by taking his sweet time to open the gate. As i go in to load the material he does not even help me. he looks up and around the sky doing nothing. I have never had a problem like this at RONA and am very disappointed.

  Very very bad service. Ok, not all, but most of them. You can walk around for hours without someone asking you if you need help. if you do ask someone, the person will treat you like you are an idiot. I'm all the way supporting Canadian business, but I really hope home Depot will take over this store.

  I have a small company that is constantly searching for materials for a wide selection of jobs... I flip houses and have not only found what I had in mind but I am treated like I am one of the Team!! You can have assistance anytime and know that you will be treated very well. Natasha has made my experience a 5☆ !! Not only was she busy with many customers as well as phone requests and staff questions..she still took time to help me with my questions. I would also let you know another Member of your staff (Sheryl ) went above and beyond for me as well even though I was frustrated and not the best to deal with. She took the time and had the patience to not only helo me with one item.. she helped me with my whole kitchen cabinet order ! Outstanding employees !! Thank you , Garth

  I love the greeters at the front. Our last visit was on morning of Jan 20, 2018. I’ve never met a more enthused greeter before. It just makes your day and makes it easy to ask question right away so you don’t waste your time wandering the aisles. Found all of three different types of bulbs we needed and I also noticed they have a very healthy garden selection. Ended up purchasing some lucky bamboo (very tall) for $2 each and they were in perfect condition.

  No appliances were here, which I can't fault them for. The flooring area was not marked to be easily seen. I had to hunt for info on things. An employee did ask if I needed help, which was nice, but then just pointed to the end of an aisle, where the hunting began. If you know your way around, it might be okay, but I've had better experiences elsewhere.
