  I always get excellent service, but I used to work there and have many friends there.

  The only place that had desk wheels I needed so was really happy to shop there.

  So my husband love going to Rona. The only way he can get me there is reminding me there is popcorn. (Sometimes I'm disappointed that they don't have any) which makes be dragged around Rona somewhat unpleasant. Some days they are just under staff and the wait is a little bit longer to grabs someone's attention. Most of the time I'm pretty content with the service and the place. Overall waiting a few minutes or so isn't the worse part of being in a place.

  I entered the store to see if they carried a specific item and dealt with SEVEN separate employees. I had all the item information readily available no one had any idea how to look up the item. I called TWO other stores and they were able to look up the item in hardly any time at all and were very pleasant. Terrible, terrible staff training at this location.

  Was standing at the side in line for the contractor's booth waiting for the first customer to finish his transaction and when he did, this lovely lady employee in the counter glimpse at me and then surprisingly chitchatted to one of her co-worker and had walked away from the counter and left me waiting. Then another regular employee had walked towards the counter, glimpse at me, instead of calling who's next, she was greeted by another customer and the heck that customer was entertained and I was left dumbfounded. To think I'm a regular in this place. This kind of people doesn't deserve working with general people if they will choose who they like to serve. Like the management cares
