  very inconsistent with late charges, if you return a movie at 7:45 and it's due back at 8...ASK THE GIRLS TO SCAN THE MOVE INTO THE SYSTEM!!! I decided to join 2016 and get an apple TV box and rent new releases online....what type of business deliberately drives away long term clients?
