  A typical North American hotel, this Holiday Inn is beige and fine. The room is comfortable and brown; it's in a pretty good location, halfway between the airport and downtown; it's quite beige; the room is comfortable without being exciting; it's fine and good.

  Hospitality was too good, very friendly and professional. Had comfortable beds and pillows. Always served with smiling face. They helped to get taxi on need. Location: close to bus station and train station They had coffee maker and small refrigerator. They have wheel chair accessible entrance, swimming pool, complementary breakfast buffet. Nearby there are many shopping places

  I appreciate the attention to details, attentiveness of the staff and extended help at all times. From handling my delayed arrival luggage, calling cabs, places to eat suggestions and others. The setting was impecable, very clean and nice decor. My view was mesmerizing.

  Do Not Stay here!! Our car was broken into in the parkade. It is not secured and they charge over $20 a night!! They wouldn’t even refund it all. Horrible hospitality. They should warn people before offering them parking so freely. It is also free and cheaper at way nicer hotels like the Sheraton! There is no hot tub and the pool is cold. Also the housekeeper was there at 8 am knocking on the door to come in. Horrible scheduling obviously not her fault. I have stayed at many places in van and I will not return to this one!! Not impressed.

  It is clean, beds are comfy, lots of pillows, has k cup coffee maker in room, a fridge. Listed in elevator of whats available in the their restaurant. I had breakfast and lunch there in past. It was good and a decent price.
