::Excellent service and food as our company held the AGM on their conference room. Very tidy and organized as pens and notepads were provided without us asking. Hope to do business with them again next year!

::Conference and hall areas were nice. Staff seemed helpful and the areas were well kept. Garbage could have been emptied more frequently though.

::Friendly and kind employees, VERY clean room, and good food at the lounge. Would have been 5 star but... while waiting for breakfast to open a male employee began talking to me about strip clubs. Why would any one think that's an ok topic of conversation? With a guest? At 630 am?

::Not very clean feeling, super out of date rooms, especially for the price... And no free breakfast! I guess when the girl at the counter was trying to get me to leave for a different hotel down the street, she knew what she was talking about. Now I'm looking at other reviews. Apparently there were "extra offerings" on Christmas--which is when I stayed! I had NOTHING special offered and was treated like an inconvenience while checking in AND while leaving!

::Was here for a hockey tournament. Lobby and restaurant/bar was nice. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were not the best but this isn't a 5 star place either. The decor was recently updated but the bathroom had very old fixtures. We had two double beds and they were decent comfort wise. Our shower lever broke while we were there but the staff fixed it very quickly. There is an indoor pool and hot tub as well as an outdoor pool. We did not use the pool but it looked very clean when we took a look. The workout room was great and clean with complimentary water - 3 treadmills, a bowflex type machine, elliptical, recumbent bike, free weights and even a couple of stability balls. The breakfast bar was pretty standard fare, nothing special, but everything tasted good and fresh. We did not eat any other meals there personally but heard from others in our group that dinner at the restaurant was pretty good. It was a good hotel for the price.
