  Clothes NOT ready on time and no call to let you know then charged twice. No explanation. No customer service. Management take off early on a Friday so no accountability. Never going back. Not worth the hassle.

  Rude staff who wouldn't admit their fault after staining an item that shouldn't have been a problem to clean. Not being able to remove hard stains would be fine, staining an item in their care permanently is unacceptable.

  Dropped in an item of personal value, it doesn't get cleaned properly, so i return it and they offer a re-do, which I accept. It then comes back with additional damage. The manager than assures me that they can do a third re-do and fix the damage they have done. My fourth visit I get my item back and the damages are still there, untouched. The manager in question then swiftly insinuates that I'm lying about my item's properties to shift blame, and then has the gall to get defensive about a well-earned retort. Avoid like wildfire.

  Open 7:00AM on Saturdays? Now that is a business model suited for success. Joe is personable and a fine example of what a small business owner should strive to be.
