  Great Customer Service (again and again). I rent from this location at least monthly and always receive excellent customer service. Here's a couple of tips - they have a limited fleet so they're often sold out 3-4 days in advance during July and August. Also, in winter they're one of the few rental car places downtown that can get you a vehicle with snow tires.

  I would like to commend the staff at Hertz (RC), 927-6Th Avenue Sw, Canada for the awesome customer service and attentiveness to customer need. in particular Helen the rep who answered the phone's was extremely helpful so thank to Helen and Hertz for a job well done will definitely be using hertz next time i need a rental car

  Car was ready and waiting for us, the staff was super professional and accommodating, especially when we let them know the car hadn't come with a full tank of gas. They took our word for it and gave us a discount.
