  I drove in from out of town to purchase a number of hats. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying 'Back in 90 minutes'. Seriously? 15 minutes is reasonable but 90? And 90 minutes from when? No regard for customer's time and efforts. My business was welcome at a great shop in the Exchange District.

  I understand that you guys sell top notch quality hats, no lesser. I feel terrible for slammin you about return policies. I apologize for my frustration. I know that 3 exchanges in the month for one product is a little much. Next time I will buy a hat that fits, to no fault of your own. I'm sorry for letting loose on the complaint side of things.
