  Very large ground filled with interesting gravestones and historic information. See photos of the marble book inscribed with the Lord's prayer, the Japanese gazebo, the old Church and the posters about the pioneer cemetery.

  We we were out of the country and could not of done it without the help of Hatley and their staff- Thank you so much What could've been a real difficult issue, turned out positive experience

  Excellent Service Received and Support My husband and I were very cautious and we looked in a few places but Hatley Memorial was by far the best and we received valaubale information, not to mention their price were by far comparable. I highly reccommend Hatley

  Sent them an inquiry through their website several weeks ago concerning a relative buried at Hatley and never received a response. The inquiry included my name, address, name of deceased and plot number. No reason why they couldn't respond to my request. If they're going to have an Internet presence, then I would expect them to utilize that means of communication as intended.

  After spending $4000 for a new memorial bronze marker we weren't even told it had been placed. As a result the family saw it before we did and eventually let us know that "Oh yeah, we saw your new marker." What a disappointment. We had hoped to show it to them proudly. Lousy service. I'll be telling others this negative customer service story. Not even a phone call! REALLY! You were very nice when taking our money!
