  Went in today the service from Ashcd Sahaguian was the best I have ever had in Harry Rosen and I have shopped all over Canada. The service was accomadating, helpful and even above and beyond. I am visiting from out of town and was able to get my alterations rushed. I wish this gentleman worked in Calgary my home city because his service was far superior to the service I receive at Chinook. I might have to come to Montreal more frequently.

  I bought 2 shirts, spent $689 and they were supposed to do alterations but when I pickup I was in a hurry and when I tried my shirts back in Florida they never did any alterations. Now it will cost me an extra $57.78 to have it done. The alterations was supposed to be done at no charge.

  Terrible service from the reps. I will def not be going back. I was in search of a wedding suit and all I got were some made to measure sales pitches and no help at all in choosing available styles.

  Great selection of casual, high end wear, accessories and shoes. The service is always excellent and very friendly. I always get inspired when I swing by for a browse to see if there's anything I can add to my fiancé ' s wardrobe. It was quite unfortunate the renovations took so long but staff were still on their A game.
