::Great staff. Using it for IUI and I don't feel like just a number; my Dr. really listens to me. I appreciate the efficiency and organization of it all (including booking appointments and cycle monitoring). My questions get answered right away. Notes from the meetings I have with my doctor are aways sent to me right after. I don't give it a 5 because I've heard from other people they don't get the same kind of service. So they may need to work on being consistent.
