  Had Ross Cotton replacing by interior doors, casing and trim along with 3 closet doors and all the base boards in the kitchen area. Plus he painted all of the items. He was very friendly, easy to deal with, knowledgeable and the price he quoted was better then any other pricing that I received. Would definitely use Ross again. 5 stars to Ross..   I used to work for these guys..... With their pricing structure, it was hard to explain to non-wealthy clients that $90 was a minimum charge for say, a ten minute toilet fix.... Still cheaper than a plumber, but come on! One client couldn't understand the costs associated with tearing a wall apart so an exterminator could do his thing, then another cost to put the panelling back up! It was a giant fiasco, partly because the client was very difficult... But yeah.... Don't work for these guys unless you're reaallly desperate!

  I hired them to do some mudding/taping. First guy showed up to do the quote, but then I got the run around when it came to starting the job. I got burned on two weekends because the guy didn't show up. I called to complain and they didn't even know about the first weekend. After about an hour they had another guy at my place to take over. Jerry showed up on time every single day until the job was done. Communication with him was great and I am very happy with the quality of his work. I would recommend Jerry. Overall experience really depends on who they send. Don't expect a discount or compensation if they have to send a second guy to make up for the first one.
