  Terrible . I went yesterday ... had the guy there. I asked for a long bob with a few surface layers around crown area. I said I only wanted an inch or two taken off the length. I came out of there with easily 4 to 6 inches gone and layered all over, except for the crown area. Never go back. I wanted to say something but it was done so no point.He was too busy talking about himself...he never listened to a thing I said. I went in with beautiful thick hair and came out with it thinned so much you can see through the layers to my scalp. Horrible!
