Ugly Truth about Hair Club. please stay away beware and tread carefully. My advice: if you insist to wear hair piece, buy it online for fraction of price, just find a hair stylist who will apply/cut your hair piece. PUBLIC ATTENTION: All I know is that no one else should have to go through what I went through. what they did to me is repugnant and abhorrent, so if you're a reporter I need your help. On complaints web-sites read hundreds of negative reviews posted against hair club. I had vowed to bring this heinous and intentional act to attention of media and Canadians so the truth is known 'what hair club and three staffs mentioned bellow they did and to prevent a repeat of what they inflicted on me' all three and hair club have been reported. please don't let this go unchecked it's one for the books. I faxed a letter citing breach of contract failures of their procedures: It was quite clear that they had no interest to do anything in regards to the number of my complaints, constant failures of their procedures and breach of contract so to discredit my claims by design and coordinated efforts to mask their many errors they made up lies I fought back with providing well detailed facts directly and through BBB and demanded apology, they chose instead to go silent for months and failed to provide any prove to BBB investigating my complaints. After months of intentional delays comes a shocking respond, they purposely avoided to send their latest production to BBB. I could not believe what I was reading. what they've done not only is laughable it's despicable, from top brass to bottom of the pit one by one they lied. Simon D'souza cover up his apologies/conducts (March 24-30/2012 details received) by engineered stories and repeated lies with Mahmood Mozafary ("Moe") posed as witness? Immediately I demanded Mahmood Mozafary to corroborate his story with sworn testimony backed by lie detecting test, he's not doing it, there are real grounds to believe that he fully participated in this heinous act. I reported Simon D'souza and Mahmood Mozafary ("Moe") for perjury and defamation.By Intentionally ignoring Niloufar Mahravan's apologies on both April 20th 27/2012, by design, they engineered scenarios in which hair club not only rejects my claim but also making false pretexts and empty allegations. They lied about everything made fictitious claims. They knew they need more something fast and effective, in a "cynical attempt" they engineered scenarios which has all that they need all the necessary elements: Series of statements built on lies to help hair club to their desired goal and end result, lies, inflammatory statements/fabrications, character assassinations and ends with yet another nonsense. Two pages packed with outright lies and deceit! It appeared that they had teamed up and told more lies disgusting lies, lies after lies easily described as "Moral Obscenity". I demanded polygraph from Niloufar Mahravan ("Nellie") to tell the truth and substantiate her apology on both April 20th 27/2012, she should admit handing over her personal contact card, this changes everything, hair club had the details in advance, she refuse to tell the truth and refuse polygraph, she is reported. I rejected Simon D'souza's story as nonsense, sheer lies engineered a deceptive scheme and a pathetic attempt. I posted their lies online and thoroughly responded to all of them with facts and publicly repeatedly challenged all three to polygraph, they continue to refuse to do it. My demands remains that three hair club employees mentioned to "Tell The Truth" or agree to my challenge to lie detecting test, remember for every good reason there is to lie there is a better reason to tell the truth. I filed a complaint for perjury with intention to cause harm, defamation and more.... My time with hair club was undeniably a very sad journey which finally came to end after over $18K, it was ugly nasty and regretful, the mental abuse was horrific, what they did to me is truly unethical immoral and appalling, abhorrent to every right-minded person.

Guys don't believe their sweet talk and waste your money, if you are loosing hair, consult a doctor. These people are neither doctors nor specialists they are just like people who work in saloons, they just give you some shampoos and do some sweet talk and make you feel as you are having good hair. believe me nothing works, first they say 9 months program and then they want you to come again and again forever. spending 200$ per month for hair?? its really foolish, don't be a victim of this scam. Don't even try thier products you end up loosing more hair if you stop using their products. In fact i lost more hair after going to them than before. i wasted money, time and obviously now i am becoming bald.

Thieves, thieves. Scam artists.. lost $4000 and no results.. they take a wig and glue it on with mounting tape and glue.. I had TWO consultation and NEVER told me about the glue. Very very high maintenance which is $120 a month Again they didn't tell me. It's a trap NO REFUND POLICY. The woman in the picture above is the one who served me.. this is the scam artist herself

I am a woman, and I was a client at Hair Club Toronto for more than 5 years. I liked the idea of a monthly payment, although the $1,500 down was steep 5 years ago. I was recommended to the "Bronze" program, which allowed me to have a new hair system every 3 months: by 8 weeks, it looked dreadful and made me wonder how I was better off wearing it. They recommended I move to the silver program and offered me 5 new hairpieces for the year (1 extra); again, the hairpieces didn't last the required time, and I was now paying over $400/month. They recommended I move to the gold program and offered me 6 new hairpieces for the year; the hairpiece density was increased to "maximum", and I managed barely to make them last between changes. I was now paying over $500/month. As time passed, it became difficult to get an appointment with my preferred stylist, and some of the others did an flat-out embarrassing job on my hair: despite the money I was paying, service wasn't high on their priority list. Suddenly, they hired a fellow to be in charge of hairpiece design: he couldn't care less about the customer. I was told that my hairpiece was "no longer available in anything greater than standard density" (that's a lie). I was recommended to the Diamond program, so that I could have a new hairpiece every 6 weeks. The new "standard" density barely lasted 5 weeks, and I found myself trying to conceal patches of missing hair at the frontal hairline. I complained loudly, and my stylist supported me: the result was that I was offered 10 hairpieces per year, or one every 5 weeks. The cost was nearly $700 per month. I was still unhappy that my hair looked dramatically thinner than I had been wearing it, but my complaints fell on deaf ears. Then they fired my stylist, and that was the absolute last straw for me. I gave notice that I wouldn't renew my contract. I contacted Paris Hairworks in Port Washington, New York. I get a beautiful custom-fit hairpiece (Remy hair, cuticle intact, 18" long) that will easily last me 8 to 10 weeks. The hair density is full, and guess who styles it for me? The stylist Hair Club fired! So my advice: if you really need to wear hair, find a stylist who will apply and cut your hairpiece, and then, contact Jack at Paris Hairworks, and let him lead you through the ordering process - no contract, by the way. Whatever you do, do NOT make the mistake I did with Hair Club. In 5 years, I spent almost $27,000 at Hair Club, they never gave me a product that looked good all of the time, and they treated me almost with contempt. They do, indeed, prey upon a woman's fears when she starts losing her hair.
