::When in looking around for 2 bikes and the sales staff didn't even acknowledge us. We looked around for 5 mins and left. She finally came over to us as we walked out the door and asked if we needed help. No thanks couldn't ask when we first came in so don't bother trying now. I like supporting local businesses but if this is the best service they can give I take my money to Edmonton. ** I also add there was nobody else in the store at the time we walked in.

::Habitual sports is an amazing store! I've been there a couple times and I recommend that store for bikes! They will always have someone to help you with what ever you're needed, from complete bikes to bars and pegs, they'll find it!

::Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. Bought my new Giant Anthem this year along with other friends purchasing new bikes as well. Highly recommend this bike shop. Robert

::The owner is very choosy on who he actually wants to help. I went in around February last year to order new breaks for my downhill rig. That was a $500 order. Came back in April and got the "We'll look into it soon" speil. Again, against better judgement, I went to them to order some Marker Alpine bindings. Those are around $400 themselves. Same thing as last time. I ended up getting both items online for much less. All I can say is that they lost a lot of business from me with those two purchases, and any future ones. I'd much rather go to United Cycle in Edmonton.
