  this is the legendary place for past famous athletes and private personal trainers, i had the pleasure to talk with Bo who had great knowledge of sports injury esp shoulders! there are actually 2 gyms here 1 for hockey players and other for classes and personal training. if ur a hockey fan you will love to train here

  I've been going to Groundwork Athletics for 6 years now! It feels like family to me now:) They have fantastic and loyal trainers who truly care about their clients and their goals whether it's fitness or personal. I've really enjoyed the atmosphere and how it is all group training and personal training. Best is the variety of group classes offered throughout the week. All the trainers are top notch and educated! Also, the location is very, very convenient!

  For seven months, I’ve trained twice a week with Megan at Groundwork Athletics. I’ve gone from 10% to 6% body fat, and built a huge amount of new strength and muscle. There’s no way in hell I would (or could) have done this on my own. And the best part is that I just show up and do whatever Megan tells me. She (and the other trainers—I’ve done the occasional session with Brandon and Donnie, too) have been fully attentive to my goals and tuned in to my physical peculiarities, imbalances, and level of fitness. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never stepped into a gym before (I hadn’t). I’d encourage you to just schedule a consultation, check the place out, meet a trainer—see for yourself.
