  GSP was fantastic! They came in after hours and came back the next day to complete the work. They even came back the next day because I thought it was the same issue but turned out to be a new issue which they took care of immediately. I will be calling them back for any future issues. Thanks guys! You guys rock!

  Had Greater Sudbury Plumbing install a bath tub and tub surround this past summer (july). The finished product was messy. We have redone all the caulking on the job. They used silicone on the drain instead of plumbers putty. Which is now molding. The corners of the tub surround had an inch gap at the bottom. The actual plumbing is fine but the finished look was awful.

  Had a frozen water line, they gave great advice over the phone and had a service team out pretty fast considering the hour and the outside temperature. They did efficient, professional work and the fee was certainly reasonable for the job. Very pleased.

  I am moderately pleased with the Greater Sudbury Plumbing team. One thing that I would have like them to do was a test on the system to ensure that there are no leaks. The invoice indicated that they did a test for leaks but I know for a fact this was not done as I was present for the duration of the work. The plumbing is now under concrete so it would be difficult to fix a leak if present. I chose Greater Sudbury plumbing over other contractors despite a higher quote as I thought I would receive high quality workmanship based on their knowledge on the initial visit however I observed that some details of workmanship were not to my standards. I would love to have given 5 stars but I do not feel it is accurate based on my experience. I do thank you for your efforts but these efforts were well compensated, thus my rating.
