  Happy to get my oil changed here. Prices seem good, they don't try to push for anything beyond the basics, which is what I want.

  After trying to upsell a filter, the technician replaced it backwards. Within ten minutes on the highway, my vehicle completely stalled. They sent a mechanic who was unable to figure out the problem and we were forced to use our own CAA and pay a mechanic to figure out what was wrong. My sensor was completely ruined and we had to both pay and wait for parts and labour. Management first agreed to cover charges for mistake that was no one's but their own. After almost a year of contacting and re-contacting this company, they have failed to answer calls, or are always "away" when we visit this establishment, I can not only not recommend Great Canadian Oil Change, but I would advise customers to avoid completely. Really poor experience and by far the most expensive and ridiculous oil change I've ever had in my life. Very disappointed.

  They have been servicing my three vehicles at this location for years. Staff are knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. I would also like to mention Mitch and Justin for going above and beyond during my last service. Thank you again.

  I live nearby so I have been using this shop for a while. I had a pretty heavy oil leak the last couple days so I went underneath my truck and seen it was coming from the oil filter. I now have oil in front of my house and on my fresh concrete garage floor. I went back and told them they didn't tighten it up enough the last oil change and it's leaking everywhere. They confirmed that and said maybe the last guy was in a rush and he possibly tightened the new filter on a old gasket. I decided to have my oil changed while I was in there and they hit me with full price. Not impressed. The staff above the pit are fantastic but I don't know who they have working in the pit. This should never happen and should be a non issue
