::Update: they now have 2 benches a few more bars, no longer a cycling room, more dumb bells and space to use them, and the studio room is now a room of grass/turf, still good for stretching, sled, etc. Old: The smallest GoodLife in town, it's on a second floor of a business building. I go because it's the closest around, but limited in equipment (1 squat rack and bench) and they never seem to get any upgrades or new ones. Staff are great though and very friendly. The washrooms are unbearable in smell and size but there is a studio room for classes.

::Very small gym, and a bit run down. There is usually equipment down, and it ends up being VERY crowded. The staff are helpful, and the changing rooms are acceptable. I stopped going because of the crowds - it's hard to plan and complete a work out when you can't access the machines you need. A lot of clients here don't seem well versed in gym etiquette (read: a lot of people don't wipe down their machines, or try to reserve multiple machines at once, which exacerbates the crowding situation). Their rate is a bit lower than the other gyms owned by the same company, but not low enough to be worth it, in my opinion.

::This particular location is not the best. Very small. Almost like working out in your home. No classes, no amenities. Just machines and free weights. Can get very busy due to size. Sometimes you have to wait a while for a treadmill.

::It is one of the smallest goodlifes I've been to which is good and bad. It won't take many people to fill this place up, but it can be pretty quiet during off hours. They don't offer much in the way of group classes, if any. However all the important equipment items are here. Though, you won't many machines if that's what you're looking for and there aren't many free weight spaces.
