  Easy to find parking, not overcrowded, clean equipment, clean washrooms... this is my favourite Good Life fitness so far (and I've been in about 4 different ones)

  Only thing I dislike about this Goodlife is that the weights are always lying about and never put away. I am constantly unracking barbells and searching for dumbbells that are never in their place.

  Very friendly staff ! Day care here is phenomenal . My daughters been going here for 6 Years ! Cleaning staff is always working ! 24 hours is great Could be more prompt at equipment maintenance / such as lubing up the machines. Getting broken things replaced . All in all great gym

  This is my favourite Goodlife to visit. Convenient hours, easy to find parking, friendly service. The Ladies Only side has a nice selection of weights and machines.
