  Purchased some tile and grout here and the service was really good. I was able to return unused product with no issues.

  Be aware that these guys are not returning powder or flooring products that are used for leveling. I have 2 bags that re not open but they refused to return it Even I was told that I can buy and return - I didn’t do extra checking and see that on the bottom of signature they have printed note no return accepted ( this note its printed later not part of original letterhead) If you need to buy something for small job and you are not sure how much you need better go to companies such as Rona and Home Depot etc at least you can return what you didn't use.
