  I've only come in to register as a patient, but the front desk clerks were great - informative, straightforward, no-fuss, and handed me the appropriate forms. It's above pharmacie Jean-Coutu, entrance on the parking lot side. There's an elevator immediately inside, unit 202. Decent sized waiting area, good for kids.
