  I was in the area and needed to do a quick vacuum in my car. Turns out this place only accept cash .So I told the man who was in charge "ok no worries" and so I was on my way out . To my surprise he put in a loonie and told me to go ahead d use it....I'm not saying you'll get a freebie when you go there lol . But the man in charge really didn't have to do that. When the vacuum time was up, he was going to put in another dollar but didn't want to take advantage of the situation so I said it's all I needed . Will definitely go back there...with cash lol.

  Place is very run down and dirty. Often closed for no reason during the posted business hours. Equipment visably very old and only takes loonies. Staff are there for change but often there's a group of people hanging out down there so staff are not very attentive.

  The reason I go to Glebe car wash is the hands-on experience. Yes you may find touchless car washes all over Ottawa, yet here at the Glebe it's more up close and personal. You get to determine if it's rinse only, wax, or soap. Plus you may also vaccum your interior. I'm a big car fanatic so this place helps me bond with my car. They provide change, towels, and the entire place is heated. Pros: cheaper, quick, YOU do the job. Cons: place is a bit old, I'd be happier if there's a vending machine, and they close on weekends. Make sure your windows and moonroof are closed, and you may wanna get your kit for some detailing.

  I like go there for a quick wash in winter for 4 bucks. But like others said, don’t trust their hours post on google in weekends

  Could use a bit+ of updating but otherwise fully functional. Having a heated bay in the dead of winter is a treat...that is, when you can get in. Was not staffed @9am this morning (Google 'open' times indicated otherwise). Waste of a drive.
