  (Beech St Location) They're overselling Parking Passes resulting in driving around for 10-20 minutes waiting for a spot to open up... Also getting ticketed even if you have proof of payment. There aren't any lines on the ground to clearly indicate parking slots. Some trucks can take up to 2 1/2 spots. Very poor maintenance on this location. Many pot holes. They only care about making money and increasing their prices.

  No signs outside for Gilad Parking at the main office location. Have no idea you're in the right place until after walking into building and asking someone. Very awkward, but nice staff at the desk. Recommend they put up a company sign.

  No in-out priviliges despite no signage and lot being 3/4 empty. All they care about is your money. No customer service. Low class operation all around.
