  Great place to go for fish and chips. Quick service and works well on a lunch break.

  I love Gibson's. Their fish is nicely battered and is always delicious while their fries are the exact right texture for my taste - not too crispy, not too soft. I recommend this place to lots of folks, especially for a quick take out meal

  It was a good experience overall. Limited menu; everything is deep-fried. (I certainly wasn't in the deep fried mood when I visited). However, the fries are homemade, service is quaint and it's quite clean with a nice neutral atmosphere. Bonus is it's licensed with a little pub in the back for whoever may be interested!

  Ordered take out had the fish, shrimp and scallop combination meal (combo 2 I believe it was called) very enjoyable and everything was tasty. Staff were very friendly. Was asked if I would like condiments with my meal and was sent home with about 10 individual cups of sauce. They wrap the takeout in newspaper because it is an English tradition. Adds a bit of fun to the meal. Simple menu, simple ingredients, fairly reasonable prices. I think if I were to order again I would sit in as the takeout tends to lose its crispiness.
