::Very poor, I purchased a 625 camera lens. I'm new to the camera world and my wife did not like it. So I tried to return it - unused, 2 weeks later and was told all sales are final. I asked if they took a restocking fee and I would be happy to walk away with that but they refused citing a 10 day only exchange policy and they are a small store. Shame on them. None of this was explained when I purchased. Very disappointed.
