::Terrible advice and shockingly poor customer service. They were quick to quote me a price and take my deposit, but then they wouldn't schedule my installation. I was on the verge of demanding my money back due to a complete lack of communication from the company when they called out of the blue and informed me that my installation would be the following morning. I had a product I wanted, but took their advice on a "similar" roll end - it turned out to be a disaster, nothing like what I had requested, and now we are going to have to find another company to have new flooring laid on top. This was a terrible experience; I strongly suggest avoiding this company

::Absolutely horrendous professionalism and service. I hired them to put in carpet for my business. I walked in the store and asked for a quote. I described the space and we selected carpet. I asked if they needed to come down for an on site inspection and measurement to do the quote and they said no, then gave me a quote on the spot. We scheduled the job and I paid the deposit. When the day arrived I let the installer in and left him to do his work. Got a panic call from the sales rep short time later saying they did not have enough carpet, and that they had sold the rest of the roll without checking. All the while my business is shut down and I had clients scheduled for that evening. Eventually they were able to find some scraps of the same carpet and complete the job in the nick of time, after delays, but then the installer threw a hissy tantrum because he had to cancel his other appointments to fix the problem. In the process he behaved like a baby, thrashing the carpet around and doing massive damage to the 6-month old paint along the baseboards and walls. I have him on the security camera. Once the carpet was finally installed they wanted to charge me for the extra carpet and labour, trying to blame me for their lack of professionalism and errors. I then had to waste even more of my time arguing with them to pay for the damage to my new paint, and of course had to take my business offline for repainting, leading to more loss of revenue. Thoroughly unprofessional from start to finish. Will never deal with them again. Be wary of putting your business in their hands.
