  I bought a 2015 Doge Ram 1500 4x4 Quad Cab from here. I have been very happy with the purchase. Sheila (the sales woman) was very straight forward to deal with.

  I just had my truck in for some Service work and it was done when they said it would be done and the quote was exactly what they quoted me very happy with the work .The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

  Great customer service! Friendly and reliable. Explained everything to me, extremely trustworthy. Saved old parts to explain the wear and tear. Will be returning!

  Our family rented a camping trailer from here in July for a road trip to Jasper, Alberta. After we got to the mountains, we realized that we had a dead battery (which should have charged off of our truck or off of the outlet at the site we stayed at on the way there). We tested it at NAPA in Jasper and they said the battery had a dead cell. Full Throttle said the battery was brand new but there was a refurbished date on it, and they later agreed that it was refurbished. To be able to extend/retract the dining area, we bought a new battery so that the trailer was usable since we didn't have an electrified campsite. After returning the trailer, we were met by the rude and argumentative owner who immediately denied that the battery was faulty without first examining it - he even denied that we could have had it tested since it had no charge, but later claimed he did so himself and found no problems. We told him we had no choice since we were in Jasper and had to get a new battery, and he said something along the lines of "Oh f***, you paid that much? We buy refurbished batteries, so we get them dirt cheap". Delightful... They refused to pay for the battery. Just absolutely horrendous customer service. Such an unfortunate aspect of an otherwise great family road trip. Never coming back

  Just bought travel trailer. Fairly smooth process. Has that hometown feeling. No high pressure tactics.
