::I have been a customer of this location for many years and the service provided by the 'Frisby Tire' Clyde Avenue staff continues to be exemplary. A recent visit was no exception as Sandro Giaccone and Rob Cayer resolved my problem to my entire satisfaction. Other businesses could learn by their example.

::I did a quick winter to summer tire change. They were fast and friendly. I booked an appointment, went in on time and got out when they said I would be out.

::I took a chance on Easter Monday April 2nd 2018, that I could drop into Frisby Tire on Clyde ave in Ottawa, and arrange to purchase and install several sets of tires for my vehicles. The manager at the location, Sandro Giaccone, was extremely attentive and informative about my tire requirements. I purchased 3 sets of tires on this day, and I was able to get them all balanced and installed THE SAME DAY! Kudos to Sandro and his team at the Clyde location. I would recommend this establishment for anyone wishing to purchase/repair tires. Great job team!!

::I was told by a shop where I had my oil changed without an appointment that there was a nail in my front right tire that could not be repaired and I needed to replace not one but both front tires. Skeptical, I just happened to pass by this location of Frisby and asked for a second opinion. Thanks to the skill and excellent customer service of the gentleman who helped me the tire was repaired with minimal cost. Because of this experience, I will return to this location in the future, when I will actually need to replace my tires.

::I went here because I ran over a nail and they had a used tire in my size. The staff seemed friendly and the price was good, but fast forward 3 months. I now go to change to my winter tires to discover they completely stripped the key for my locking nuts, so I had to get another key. In addition to this, they over-tightened the one wheel they replaced 3 months earlier so much, I had to bring it somewhere to get one of the bolts removed with a torch (after struggling with the others), which in turn damaged my rims (which is now away for repairs) and rear brake rotor, leading to an un-needed brake job. You'd think a tire place would understand the importance of torquing bolts correctly. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
