  Terrible phone service and customer service staff are unable to help with anything. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

  Fast service. Free parking after 6 pm. They need to answer their phones.

  Customer service is terrible, even though I was in the store first they proceeded to go to the other customers that came in a while afterwards and continued to ignore me so I left without getting the help I needed very disappointed.

  TERRIBLE!!! First they never answer the phone.. Took my phone to repair 3 months ago and still nothing I called them first hard for somebody answer the phone earlier and when they did .. he said did we called you and I said no .. OK is not ready yet and hang out.. and is totally paid

  What kind of phone company never answers their phones? I've called this place many times over the past week at various times of day and they never answer. They claim they're open late "for convenience," but there's absolutely zero convenient things about this location or the company in general. If the price of your phone plan is really that much of an issue, then go to koodo or virgin. At least they will answer your phone calls!
